Laura Epler Klein

Laura Epler Klein’s practice focuses on representation of emerging growth and venture capital backed companies and venture capital investors.  Laura advises startup companies on corporate formation and governance, capitalization, fundraising and securities law compliance, significant transactions including mergers and acquisitions and exits, and many other legal and strategic matters encountered by high growth companies throughout their life cycles. Laura’s clients include entrepreneurs, early to late-stage venture capital backed companies, venture capital funds and other investors and acquirers.

Laura is also dedicated to her pro bono practice, which concentrates on advising student and community entrepreneurs and local nonprofit and charitable organizations.
