Olivia Houston

Olivia Houston focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and cross-border investigations.

Olivia has litigated a diverse range of civil matters in state and federal courts. She has significant experience handling complex disputes, including managing document reviews, drafting motions to exclude or defend expert reports, and arguing motions.  

Olivia is also experienced in internal and government facing investigations. While at DLA Piper, Olivia has managed numerous compliance investigations for multinational clients arising, for example, from alleged violations of the FCPA.

Olivia earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School where she received the 2020 Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Program of Study in Global Law. While at Notre Dame, Olivia spent her second year in London, England studying international, English, and European Union legal systems.
