Julie Franki

Julie Franki is a U.S. employment transactional and project lawyer. Julie’s practice is focused on advising private-equity funds and companies on employment matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other corporate transactions. Julie has counseled on hundreds of transactions, with deal values ranging from less than $10 million to more than $1 billion in value. Julie handles all employment-related aspects of those transactions, including due diligence, purchase agreements, restrictive covenants, employment documentation, and workforce integration.

As part of her day-to-day advice and counseling practice, Julie also assists clients with a range of employment matters, including employment agreements, restrictive covenants agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks, and employee complaints, among various other employee matters and materials.
