Casey Flanagan

Casey Flanagan focuses their practice on corporate law. They represent clients in a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing and commercial transactions. Casey also supports clients with general corporate matters such as entity formation and organization and corporate governance.

Casey also maintains a robust pro bono practice focused primarily on immigration law and LGBTQ+ rights. They represent clients in name changes, asylum and other forms of relief and conduct research on legislation affecting the rights of transgender and gender nonconforming people.
