Angela Dulcetti is a Tax Lawyer with several years of experience in advising and supporting leading national and international companies on tax litigation, tax planning and international taxation, and HNWIs, trusts and charities.
Angela Dulcetti gained degree in Law (cum laude). Following such experiences, Angela obtained a Master’s Degree in International Tax Law. Angela is also a TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner – STEP Italy) and a PhD Candidate in Tax Law. Before joining DLA Piper, Angela Dulcetti worked with a leading Italian law firm.
Angela practices in the area of tax and wealth law, focusing on estate and succession planning. In this field, her clients include national and multinational companies, HNWIs and families, entrepreneurs, managers, trustees, family offices and charities.
She also advises leading companies on corporate and international taxation matters.
Moreover, she represents clients during pre-litigation and litigation tax matters before tax authorities and courts.
