Kevin Criddle's practice focuses on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments and general corporate counseling.

In addition to advising clients on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters, Kevin routinely advises boards and senior management teams on a wide variety of strategic transactions, debt and equity offerings, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions . He represents companies in a wide range of sectors, including technology, real estate, insurance, transportation, manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, education, retail, and financial services.

Kevin also advises non-profit organizations, including Make-A-Wish America and Make-A-Wish International, on domestic and international governance, structure, tax-exemption and corporate matters.
