Liam has been helping clients with major infrastructure projects for over 20 years. He works with procuring authorities, sponsors, funders and key supply chain members on public private partnerships (PPPs) and project finance transactions across a broad range of industries.
His work spans transport (light rail, roads and bridges), social infrastructure (university, schools, hospitals, leisure, emergency services, prisons and courts), waste management and treatment projects and urban regeneration. Many of the transactions Liam has worked on have been innovative deals in the relevant industry, and in the case of the Long Beach Court House PPP, California, a first in the relevant country.
Liam also has broad experience of acting for clients on many operational projects in relation to major variations and disputes.
