Lara advises on transactions ranging from institutional investors' entrance into bespoke investment products to family offices considering investing with first time sponsors.

Lara advocates for her clients with respect to private equity funds, syndicated and direct co-investments, opportunity and sidecar funds, and other strategic private investment partnerships, as well as direct investments. Lara also represents institutional investors in connection with the acquisition and sale of partnership interests through private tender offers and other complex secondary market transactions.
