Martina Antoniutti

Martina Antoniutti is a Senior Lawyer in the Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance practice within the Finance, Projects and Restructuring department.

Martina has extensive experience in debt capital market transactions and corporate finance transactions, advising major Italian and European financial institutions and companies.

In particular, Martina assists banks, financial institutions, funds, corporate companies and other private investors in connection to the issuance of a wide range of securities (bonds, covered bonds, structured notes, securitized derivatives) either private placed or public offered or offered to the public and related admission to trading on regulated and non-regulated markets. In the context of debt restructuring, she also advises clients in connection with refinancing transactions and liability management issues.
