DLA Piper launches Transfer Pricing practice in Luxembourg with strategic new hire

Global law firm DLA Piper announces the appointment of Michal Stepien as Principal and head of the newly established Transfer Pricing practice in Luxembourg. Michal brings nearly 20 years of experience in the field and will be instrumental in broadening the firm's service offerings and strategically positioning the Luxembourg office as a key player in transfer pricing.

Michal is a seasoned tax practitioner with substantial international experience and a focus on all aspects of transfer pricing. This includes strategic and operational, financial transaction, audit and litigation aspects. His experience spans both in-house roles and leadership positions at a Big 4 firm, providing him with deep market insights. Michal assists multinational organisations and asset managers throughout their transfer pricing journey, covering planning, design, implementation, assessment, optimisation, support, and defense. His skills also encompass both traditional and alternative strategies, such as private debt, private equity and real estate.
