DLA Piper partner Sal Favuzza named to the Daily Business Review’s 2024 On the Rise list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Sal Favuzza, a partner in the firm’s Miami office, has been named to the Daily Business Review’s 2024 On the Rise list recognizing “the region’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40.”

Favuzza’s practice primarily involves representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and recapitalizations. He also counsels clients on a wide variety of corporate governance and general corporate issues.

Favuzza has also represented companies in securities transactions, from initial funding through venture financing rounds and in public and private offerings. He has extensive experience assisting clients in analyzing issues relating to the Corporate Practice of Medicine, the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
