DLA Piper advises the sales agents in US$100 million “at-the-market” offering for Rigetti Computing

DLA Piper advised sales agents Needham & Company (Needham) and B. Riley Securities, Inc. (B. Riley) in an “at-the-market” offering of common stock of Rigetti Computing, Inc. (Rigetti), a quantum computing company. Rigetti will offer and sell shares of common stock valued at US$.0001 per share for an aggregate offering price of up to US$100 million through Needham and B. Riley.
