DLA Piper advises on sale of Mota-Engil Central Europe
DLA Piper has advised Portugal’s Mota-Engil Group on its preliminary agreement to sell a 100% stake in Mota-Engil Central Europe to Hungary’s Duna Aszfalt. The firm has also advised on a comprehensive carve-out of public-private partnership operations of Mota-Engil Central Europe.
Mota-Engil Group is a Portuguese business, with a strong and diversified international footprint, focused on engineering and construction, waste management, concessions and energy.
Duna Aszfalt is the leading enterprise of the Duna Group. The company carries out road and civil engineering activities as a general contractor throughout Hungary.
