DLA Piper Argentina advises the Province of Chubut on a new issuance of notes

DLA Piper represented the Province of Chubut (the Province) in the issuance of Series XC Treasury Notes Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3, for an aggregate amount of AR$1,195,000,000 under the Province's Treasury Notes Program.

The Notes are payable entirely at maturity and accrue interest at the greater of: (i) a fixed annual nominal rate, and (ii) the sum of the BADLAR rate plus a fixed margin determined at pricing.
