DLA Piper advises OYO Hotels & Homes in its acquisition of Hooters Casino Hotel Las Vegas

DLA Piper represented India-based OYO Hotels & Homes in its acquisition, along with hospitality investment firm Highgate, of the Hooters Casino Hotel Las Vegas.

OYO plans to renovate the property, which includes a 35,000-square-foot casino, and rebrand the 19-floor hotel as OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.

DLA Piper represented OYO in connection with every aspect of the deal, including its joint venture with Highgate, the hotel acquisition, and the related contractual management and operational relationships.
