On 9 and 10 May 2025, the traditional DLA Piper Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot in preparation for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (FIAMC) will take place in person at the offices of DLA Piper in Milan.

Teams are invited to participate and measure their advocacy abilities ahead of the FIAMC. The participants will receive useful feedback from prominent arbitrators and professionals active in the arbitration community.

The rounds of hearings will take place on Friday and Saturday, 9 and 10 May 2025.

The final hearing between the two best teams will take place on Saturday, 10 May 2025, around noon.

The traditional kick-off conference of the Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot will be held on 9 May 2025 and a networking cocktail on the DLA Piper rooftop terrace will close the works of Friday, 9 May 2025.

Participation to the pre-moot is free of charge and limited to a restricted number of teams, on a first come first served basis. Please note that the registration to the FIAMC Competition is a pre-requisite to participate to the DLA Piper Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot.
