DLA Piper organizes the fifth edition of the Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot on 10 and 11 May 2024, in preparation for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (FIAMC).

Teams are invited to participate and measure their advocacy abilities ahead of the FIAMC. The participants will receive useful feedback from prominent arbitrators and professionals active in the arbitration community.

The fifth edition of the Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot will take place in person at DLA Piper offices in Milan.

The Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot will start with a welcome conference on Friday morning, 10 May 2024.

The rounds will take place on Friday, 10 May 2024 (afternoon) and Saturday, 11 May 2024. The final round will take place on Saturday.

Participation to the pre-moot is free of charge and limited to a restricted number of teams, on a first come first served basis. Please note that the registration to the FIAMC Competition is a pre-requisite to participate to the DLA Piper Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot.
