Marc P. Seidler
Senior AttorneyMarc Seidler is a business litigator with over 40 years of experience before courts throughout the United States.
Much of Marc's practice has focused on franchise, and distribution and trade regulation. He also has an active commercial and international ADR practice, both as a party representative and as an arbitrator and mediator. In addition, Marc has maintained an insurance practice, involving both dispute resolution and transactions.

Memberships And Affiliations
Marc has been a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Commercial Arbitrators since 1988, is a member of its Large and Complex Case Panel, and has served as a member of its Midwest Regional Commercial Arbitration Advisory Board. As an arbitrator, Marc has been appointed sole arbitrator or as chair or member of three-arbitrator panels in more than 75 domestic and international arbitrations, involving claims of up to $45 million. Marc is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
