Neil Patrick Mulcahy

Neil Mulcahy is a corporate lawyer, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity financing and other business transactions. 

Neil began his legal career with a mid-sized Atlanta law firm where he worked on a variety of corporate matters, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to economic development transactions. 

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Neil worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 250 company where he drafted and negotiated commercial contracts.
