Ken Muller represents private investment funds and growth companies in all aspects of their enterprises, including: the formation, organization and operation of private equity funds, private equity real estate funds, venture capital funds, debt funds and secondary funds; the representation of registered investment advisers and exempt reporting advisers; the establishment of separate accounts, co-investment vehicles and REITs; as well as private equity and strategic finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public and private offerings, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, subscription-backed credit facilities and other types of business transactions.
