Nicole Marie Kozlowski

Nicole Kozlowski focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation dealing with general corporate, insurance, real property, construction, and complex contract disputes. Most recently, Nicole has been involved in analyzing, researching, and advising insurers regarding COVID-19 business interruption claims. Nicole's practice involves representation of corporations operating in the healthcare, financial services, and energy sectors. She has assisted in representing clients in breach of contract cases, eminent domain proceedings, and arbitrations. Nicole also has experience with representing clients in internal investigations and bankruptcy litigation.

Nicole is a member of the DLA Piper Baltimore Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
