Matthew Ganas has a wide range of intellectual property litigation and trial experience, including in patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and false advertising matters.

Matthew has experience representing medical device, automotive, and computer hardware and software industry clients in high-stakes patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation cases involving various technologies, such as energy-based (RF and ultrasonic) surgical instruments, transcatheter replacement heart valves and guidewires, optical object tracking systems, computer and network security solutions, utility location and damage prevention software, credit card payment processing systems, wireless network data transmissions, and automated website tutorial and chatbot interface tools.

Matthew has also represented multinational sports, media, and entertainment, fashion and retail, and consumer products clients in high-profile cases involving copyright, trademark, and design patent claims relating to sports photography, athletic apparel and leisurewear, cookware, and soft drinks.
