John J. Dwyer

John Dwyer represents franchise and other business clients in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution forums in complex business disputes. 

He both prosecutes and defends cases involving termination, encroachment, transfer, breach of contract, discrimination, antitrust, fraud, tort, and other issues. John is actively involved in all stages of the litigation process – from issue identification and settlement negotiations to pre-trial discovery and motions practice to trial and beyond. He recently successfully defended a discrimination suit brought by customers of a national restaurant chain.
