Patrick represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, debt financings, commercial contracts, corporate governance and compliance matters.

Pat has extensive M&A experience representing buyers and sellers in complex transactions, including stock sales, mergers and asset sales. He also advises emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs and venture capital firms in financings, ranging from pre-seed to late-stage investment rounds, entity and fund formation, and other corporate transactions.
