Katherine Cheung

Katherine focuses her practice on technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. Katherine counsels companies on business and legal issues associated with the acquisition, licensing, and protection of intellectual property, including the structuring and drafting of legal agreements. Katherine has a background in electrical engineering as well as extensive experience with intellectual property litigation representing clients before the United States district courts and in the International Trade Commission.
