Seth Bonneau's practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in all aspects of secured and unsecured debt facilities with an emphasis on corporate finance transactions.

Seth represents a wide array of senior and subordinated lenders, including community, regional, national and international banks, mezzanine debt funds and private equity funds, in connection with single and multi‑lender transactions involving asset-based and cash flow facilities, cross‑border financings, acquisition and general working capital facilities and recapitalizations.
