About

Ed Sheremeta is a senior partner in the Asia Pacific real estate practice. He has extensive knowledge of the Asian real estate sector, having spent a significant proportion of his career working in Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong, advising clients on real estate investment and finance matters.

He focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions, private equity and institutional investments, limited recourse and secured financings, joint ventures, co-investment platforms, non-performing loans, REITs, asset and property management, sale-leasebacks, restructurings, and general transaction structuring.

Ed is New York qualified lawyer who is not yet admitted as a registered foreign lawyer in Japan (gaikokuho-jimu-bengoshi).
