New partner joins DLA Piper’s Litigation & Regulatory practice in Paris

DLA Piper is appointing Ruxandra Lazar as partner to its Litigation & Regulatory practice in Paris, joining with a team of four on 15 November. She joins the Public Law team in Paris led,by Jérôme Pentecoste.

Ruxandra joins from King & Spalding where she was counsel for 8 years, working within its Public Law department.

Her work focuses on privately financed public projects and administrative legislation, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, specifically on public-private partnerships and regulatory and administrative litigation, complementing Jérôme’s public contract experience.

For over 15 years, Ruxandra has provided public law and litigation advice with extensive experience in advising on high-profile litigation proceedings before administrative courts and the Constitutional Council, particularly regarding European and constitutional law. Her client base covers a variety of sectors, including energy, healthcare, utilities, public sector, defence, telecommunications and consumer goods.
