Kit Kwok
Kit Kwok is General Counsel and also heads the compliance function for China Ping An Insurance Overseas (Holdings) Limited (PAOH) and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining PAOH he was a partner with an international law firm based in Shanghai and headed the corporate practice for its China offices. He has over 20 years’ experience advising various clients in the areas of investments, mergers and acquisitions, structuring and corporate governance. He is a California qualified attorney and received his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.

In a career spanning over 30 years, Glen has acted as a trusted business advisor and provided Financial Advisory Services to various stakeholders (including shareholders, directors, debtors, creditors and investors) in special situations. where he has provided solutions and recommendations on complex issues in the areas of Crisis Management, Financial Advisory Services and Insolvency. Glen’s specialist expertise includes the provision of Restructuring Services in complex cross-jurisdictional restructurings.
