Venera Ziegler guides domestic and international private equity funds, fund sponsors, and institutional investors through advancing their business interests across all private equity asset classes.

Venera is experienced in advising on all aspects of structuring, formation, operation, regulation, and restructuring of private investment funds. She also regularly advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds. In addition, Venera represents private equity fund sponsors and their personnel with economic sharing arrangements and various employment and separation agreements.

Venera provides regulatory counsel and practical solutions to investment advisers concerning federal securities laws, investment adviser and investment company laws. Notably, she has authored numerous articles addressing current market issues applicable to private funds.

In addition, Venera frequently interviews distinguished speakers to encourage audiences to learn from their stories and influential achievements.

EXPERIENCE

Venera has worked with pension fund and sovereign wealth fund clients in support of their investments in private investment funds. She has represented numerous private fund sponsors with their fundraising and operational activities, general partner carry arrangements, and securities law work. She has also worked on the sale, restructuring, and acquisitions of multinational investment advisers.
