Rownock Zamani

Rownock Zamani maintains a general corporate commercial practice focusing on securities, corporate ‎‎finance, mergers, acquisitions and debt finance. ‎

Rownock has experience advising public and private companies based in Canada and abroad in various ‎corporate matters and securities law, including public offerings, private placement financings, mergers, ‎acquisitions and corporate governance. ‎

Rownock received her J.D. from the University of Ottawa, where she volunteered at the Legal Aid Clinic ‎and the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal. Rownock obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (First ‎Class Standing) and a General Certificate in Law and Social Thought at York University, Glendon ‎College. Prior to law school, Rownock worked as a Legislative Assistant and Issues Manager at Queens ‎Park and worked at a large commercial real estate law firm.‎

Rownock articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2022.‎
