Alex is a Legal Director in our Debt Finance team, splitting his time between our Leeds and Manchester offices.
Alex has a range of experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance and corporate lending, advising lenders (both banks and credit funds) and corporate clients (including private equity houses and publicly listed companies) on a full range of bilateral and syndicated facilities.
