  • Advising 2 Sisters Food Group on multiple M&A transactions including the auction disposal of Fox’s Biscuits to Ferrero, and the carve-out disposals of its red meat processing business to Kepak Group and its fresh-filled sandwich production business to Samworth Brothers.
  • Advising the founder shareholders of East End Foods (EEF), a leading producer and distributor of South Asian ethnic foods in the UK and across continental Europe, on their sale of EEF to Exponent Private Equity.
  • Advising Brookfield Asset Management on its acquisition of a two million square-foot portfolio of logistics assets in Germany, Spain and Poland from Panattoni.
  • Advising Noble Foods on its sale of Gu desserts.
  • Advising Webjet on its AU€300 million acquisition of JacTravel.
  • Advising Wipro Limited on the acquisition of International TechneGroup Incorporated and previously on the sale of the Hosted Data Center Services business to Ensono Corporation.
  • Advising the management team of CPA Global Limited on the £2.4bn sale to Leonard Green & Partners.
