Christina Welpot advises and represents clients in national and international litigation and arbitration matters, with a focus on disputes in the field of commercial and corporate law, insurance law as well as banking and capital markets law.

A key area of Christina's work is representing companies and insurers in liability and coverage disputes, especially in D&O and E&O cases.

Additionally, Christina has substantial experience in post-M&A and commercial and corporate disputes.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper in 2015, Christina worked for a litigation and arbitration boutique located in Munich (2012-2015) and as a research assistant in the litigation department of an international law firm in Frankfurt/Main (2005-2007).
