Angela Vadala

Angela Vadala is a corporate and private equity attorney with a practice focused on representing corporations and private equity firms in connection with general corporate matters, including commercial contracting, corporate finance transactions, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Angela served as in-house counsel for one of the largest telecommunications infrastructure companies, where she led a team of lawyers responsible for drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts and providing legal support to internal stakeholders at all levels.
