Jennifer Stevens

Jenn Stevens focuses her practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counselling and representation. Her experience includes structuring, negotiating and managing private equity buyouts, strategic M&A transactions, joint ventures and divestitures. 

Jenn regularly represents middle-market private equity funds and other institutional investors in the entire lifecycle of their investing activity. Her transactions have covered a wide variety of sectors, with an emphasis on the healthcare sector.
