Ella Sedcole is a Solicitor in the Environment, Planning and Natural Resources team in Wellington. She assists both private and public clients on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on resource management, building and local government litigation. Ella regularly assists with environmental enforcement proceedings, including case management and preparation for criminal prosecutions.

- Assisting in environmental enforcement proceedings from the provision of strategic advice as to the appropriate action, and in preparing case management and preparation.
- Advising various local authorities on resource management and building related issues, including the interpretation of resource management planning instruments, building and infrastructure regulations and plan processes.
