Jennifer Seal

Jennifer Seal maintains a general practice in employment and labour law. 

Jennifer has experience assisting clients with a broad range of workplace issues including wrongful dismissal claims, employment standards, workplace policy and procedure, disability management, occupational health and safety, harassment and discrimination, human rights, workplace investigations, collective bargaining and responding to union organizing. Jennifer has assisted senior counsel at all stages of the litigation and dispute resolution process.

While acquiring her J.D. at Osgoode Hall, Jennifer volunteered with the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, the Income Security Advocacy Centre, and the Agricultural Workers Alliance Canada Project. 

Jennifer summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2020.
