About
Rachel Schwein focuses her practice on domestic and international patent prosecution.  Her practice specifically involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications in software and hardware, electronics, and multifunctional computer systems, including the user interfaces for those systems.  Rachel has also worked on prosecuting patents across the globe, including in the United States, Australia, China, Europe, India, Japan, and Korea.  Her experience includes filing several appeal briefs and presenting arguments before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
