Bjarke Schlander Nielsen is engaged in dispute resolution, dealing with the various legal aspects of administrative complaints, civil lawsuits and institutional as well as ad-hoc arbitration.
Bjarke has gained practical experience of international arbitration in a traineeship at CIETAC Hong Kong, China’s largest arbitration institute.
In addition, Bjarke assists in advising on aspects of procurement processes and on issues relating to commercial law.
