Samantha Saltzman

Samantha Saltzman focuses her practice on international and domestic employment counseling.

Samantha provides advice and counseling for a broad range of employers, as well as employment guidance on a variety of cross-border and transactional matters. She has experience conducting due diligence and advising on the implications of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Samantha also advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including personnel policies and agreements, hiring, performance management, leave obligations and other accommodations, terminations, and other compliance matters. 

Her experience grew to include COVID-19 workplace safety guidance and plans, particularly in California and throughout the US, in light of the pandemic. Samantha remains committed to serving companies' needs to protect the safety and health of their employees, as well as to comply with the ever-changing COVID-19 legal landscape. 

Utilizing her MBA and business background, Samantha takes a business-minded approach to partnering with the companies she counsels by offering efficient, pragmatic guidance in consideration of individual needs.
