  • Acted for a large asset finance company on the procurement of its next generation asset financing platform which included heavy negotiation with a large technology provider.
  • Acted for an award-winning provider of tailored financial advice on later life products on the review and negotiation of a strategic introducer agreement and brand licence with a large-scale life insurance company.
  • Acted for a large-scale energy company focussing on the development of more efficient and substantiable energy on the development of an MSA for the receipt of various services, including software development and integration and support and maintenance services to support various projects within the group, including most recently the procurement of a highly customised ERP solution.
