Gemma Qin

Gemma brings 10+ years of management consulting experience, leading change and transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies through their organic and inorganic growth journeys on a global scale. 

She is a Post-Merger Integration (PMI) SME with a laser focus on protecting and maximising deal value. She has led teams to realise revenue and cost synergy across functional areas of 20+ acquired businesses for global corporate and private equity clients. Her energetic, empathetic, analytical and collaborative approach has proven to be crucial to the success of delicate integration programs.  
 
Beyond M&A, Gemma has extensive experience managing end-to-end Technology and Finance transformation programmes, as well as the design and implementation of operating model and go-to-market strategy. Two projects she led were featured on the Wall Street Journal. 

Gemma has served C-suite executives and board of directors from 16 industry sectors, with a focus on Technology, Consumer Goods, Food and Retail.
