Natalia specialises in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies - with an emphasis on regulated entities from the financial, capital market transactions, and regulatory aspects.

She provides transactional and corporate advice to leading financial institutions, investment funds, insurance companies and investment banks as well as companies in the public and private sectors.

  • Advising a global insurance group on proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in connection with corporate mergers of insurance companies (life and non-life), mutual fund managers, and pension fund managers as part of the integration of companies acquired in 2022 with the group’s operations in Poland.*

  • Advising a private equity firm on the sale of 100% of the shares in a waste management company to a fund whose investment advisor is a Central and Eastern Europe-focused equity firm.*

  • Advising a global insurance group on the EUR2.5bn acquisition of insurance companies (life and non-life), a mutual fund manager, and a pension funds manager, and the acquisition of a 51% stake in life and non-life bancassurance joint ventures with a major bank.*
  • Advising a clean energy company on the acquisition of a special purpose company responsible for the construction of a wind farm consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of 72.6 MW.
  • Advising an international insurance brokerage firm on the acquisition of a Polish insurance company.*
