EXPERIENCE

Counsel to Stars Group (Pokerstars) in obtaining online gaming license in the Province of Buenos Aires. He advised Rushbet in obtaining a license for online gaming in the Provice of Mendoza and Cordoba. Advised Games Global, the biggest provider of software for gaming in the world, in setting their activities in Argentina.

Prior Experience

Ariel was advisor to the Republic of Argentina's Ministry of Economy between 1994 and 1998. He was a member of the Evaluation Committee for the Modernization of the Water and Sewage Industry in Argentina. Ariel also participated in numerous privatizations of state-owned companies in Argentina. Earlier in his career, as a member of an international law firm, he worked in New York and Buenos Aires as an advisor to companies such as Enron International in the acquisition of the Obras Sanitarias Mendoza water concession and Azurix in the acquisition of AMX Brazil.
