Prior Experience

During his legal clerkship Maximilian Plote worked for the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the German Federal Foreign Office in Washington, D.C., and for a german law firm in the field of data privacy and information technology law.

Prior to this, he worked for several years as a research assistant for an international law form in the field of labour and employment law, a german boutique law firm in the field of data privacy law, and for the Institute for German and European Labour and Social Law at the University of Cologne.
