Flavia Pertica

Flavia Pertica is a Trainee in the Banking group, which is part of the Finance & Projects department. She is based in the Milan office.

She focuses on banking and finance with particular reference to acquisition finance, corporate lending, project finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring, as part of which provides assistance to lenders and sponsors.

She also assists clients in the field of bankruptcy law with particular reference to extra-judicial restructuring agreements and reshaping of the company indebtedness.
