  • Advising a group in the steel industry on negotiations of a reorganization collective agreement, balance of interests and social plan on the occasion of restructuring.
  • Permanent counsel to a company in the printing industry on all individual and collective labor law issues.
  • Ongoing advice to various companies in the area of financial employee participation, in particular stock options and virtual options.
  • Litigation in the above-mentioned areas as well as in all other matters of individual and collective labor law.
