Kevin Nelson

Kevin Nelson practises corporate commercial and securities law, assisting public and private companies in all aspects of corporate and commercial activity.

Kevin has experience representing public and private companies, underwriters and investors in a range of industries. Kevin has experience with public and private equity financings, initial public offerings, bought deal prospectus offerings, capital pool companies, private placements and mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Prior to attending law school, Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from the University of British Columbia.
