Martin advises Austrian and international clients across the sectors in the area of banking law, project finance transactions, corporate law and turnaround situations including insolvency scenarios.

His practice covers the entire financial services and project finance area including regulatory issues relating to banking and investment law. He advises commercial and investment banks, private equity providers, and corporates on a wide range of financing and M&A transactions, corporate law issues as well as debt restructurings. With background in restructuring and M&A advising banks on distressed assets and corporates in crisis, his strengths are swift communication and hands-on approach.
